# How can I return the Grow Sensor?

To return your Grow Sensor, simply follow these steps:

Email <support@growsensor.co> within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Ensure the Grow Sensor is in its original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

**Choose secure shipping**

Use a trackable and insured shipping method to send the return to the address provided by our support team. This helps protect against loss or damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you're returning the Grow Sensor due to a defect or damage, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
