What can’t I return?
We accept returns for most Grow Sensors, but there are a few exceptions. You can't return:
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago. 
- Items that are broken or damaged due to misuse or improper handling. 
- Grow Sensors without original packaging or proof of purchase. 
- Products that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications.
