Proper placement of the Grow Link Terra Link substrate probe ensures accurate and consistent measurements of moisture, EC, and temperature, helping you optimise your grow conditions.

Rockwool cubes and slabs

• Place the probe 1 inch from the bottom of the Rockwool cube or slab.

• If using a Rockwool slab, position the probe equidistant between two plants to get the most representative readings of the growing environment.

Coco coir and organic substrates

The ideal placement depends on pot size:

• 1-gallon coco pots → Place the probe 2 inches from the bottom.

• 2-gallon coco pots and larger → Position the probe 3 inches from the bottom for the most accurate root-zone readings.
