# Delta-T Wet 150

### **Rockwool cubes and slabs**

* Place the probe 1 inch from the bottom of the rockwool cube or slab.
* If using a rockwool slab, position the probe equidistant between two plants to capture the most representative readings of the growing environment.

### **Coco coir and organic substrates**

The ideal placement depends on pot size:

* 1-gallon coco pots → Place the probe 2 inches from the bottom.
* 2-gallon coco pots and larger → Position the probe 3 inches from the bottom for the most accurate root-zone readings.

#### Large no-till or living soil beds

### **Why proper probe placement matters**

* Ensures reliable moisture, EC, and temperature data.
* Helps fine-tune irrigation and nutrient delivery.
* Provides a clear picture of root-zone conditions, leading to healthier plants and better yields.
